Is there a limit to the number of products I can redeem?

There is no limit to the number of Buy on Rebaid promotions you can redeem.
For promotions that are purchased off-Rebaid, (for example Amazon, Walmart ect.) there is a redemption limit. New shopper accounts are typically limited to 10 redemptions the first month after account creation. As long as your account remains in good standing your redemption limit will be increased and remain at 50 redemptions per month thereafter.
Is my rebate payment guaranteed?

Yes, as long as you follow the required steps to qualify for a rebate payment.
For Buy on Rebaid promotions, after receiving the product(s) you ordered, you must submit your claim on rebaid.com/claim/. Fill out the short 5 question survey form included in the package with your product(s) and upload it on the claims page. Once done your rebate earnings will be applied to your account balance and subsequently paid out to you via your preferred payment method.
For Bought on Other Marketplace promotions, your rebate is automatically added to your account balance and will become available for withdrawal 35 days after your order date as long as the order number you submit to confirm your purchase is valid. If you submit an invalid order number, or your order is returned or cancelled on the 3rd party marketplace your rebate will be voided and no rebate payment will be issued.
Do I need to leave a review to receive my rebate payment?

No. Rebaid is not a review platform and your rebate payment is issued whether or not you leave a product review. Sellers are allowed to ask for a product review, but you are not required to submit one. Further, if you do choose to leave a review, you are free to leave a positive, neutral or negative remark.
I live outside the U.S. can I redeem offers on Rebaid?

No. For now Rebaid is only available to shoppers in the United States.
Can I resell product purchased through Rebaid?

No. Brands offer their products on Rebaid for real shoppers to test and enjoy. Not for other merchants to resell their inventory. Shoppers using Rebaid to acquire products for resale will be blocked from accessing the platform.
I can’t log into my account, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, please click the forgot password link on the login screen. You will be emailed instructions to reset your password. If you don’t receive the reset email or are having other issues please click the contact us link to create a support ticket. Most support request are answered the same day.
Can I have multiple shopper accounts on Rebaid?

No, we have a strict limit of 1 shopper account per household. This policy ensures that a broader group of people and families have an opportunity to redeem the most desirable offers on Rebaid.
I misplaced my rebate check, can I get a new one?

Yes please create a support case using the Contact Us link. We can void the originally check and mail a replacement. A small fee may apply however to cover the additional postage and administration cost.
How are rebate payments issued?

Rebaid offers two convenient payment options, Mailed Check and Direct Deposit. You will be prompted to select your preferred rebate method when withdrawing your account balance. Mailed checks typically arrive 14 days after initiating payment, while Direct Deposit payments typically post to your account 7 days after initiating payment.
Why does my rebate redemption appear as cancelled?

The vast majority of cases where a redemption appears as cancelled in your shopper dashboard are instances of unconfirmed orders. It is important to remember to return to Rebaid after placing your order on Amazon. This is the final step in the redemption process. Once your Amazon order number is confirmed your rebate is scheduled for payment.
How do I update my mailing address?

Simply click on your profile name in the upper right hand corner of your Rebaid dashboard (you must be logged in). There you will be able to update account information including your mailing address where you receive your rebate checks.
Am I required to verify my account?

Yes. We are required by law to meet minimum identity verification requirements for sending payments. Account verification takes just seconds and only has to be done once. Simply click on the verify now button in your Rebaid dashboard, enter your mobile phone number where you will receive a text message with a code. Enter that code in your dashboard and your account will be successfully verified.
Is there a membership fee to use Rebaid?

No. There is no membership fees or any other cost to use Rebaid as a shopper.
How do I claim a rebate for a purchase made on Rebaid?

In the package with your product(s) will be a claim form. The claim form will have a perforated survey stub at the bottom of the page. Complete the short 5 question product survey, then take a picture of the completed form and upload it at rebaid.com/claims/. Once uploaded your rebate will be added to your account balance and can be withdrawn 35 days thereafter, paid out via your preferred payment method.
How long does it take to receive my order for my Buy on Rebaid order?

For promotions that are purchased directly on Rebaid, the delivery time is based on the shipping method selected.
If you have chosen Free No Rush Shipping and purchased less than 4 items, your order will be held until you have 4 items purchased, then your order will be shipped together with all ordered items. In this case delivery can be up to 30 days depending on how soon you have accrued 4 purchased items.
For Free No Rush Shipping items that have met the 4 item minimum and Standard Shipping options, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders with Expedited Shipping selected will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
Do rebates expire?

For Buy on Rebaid promotions you must submit your rebate claim within 90 days of the order date to be eligible to receive a rebate payment.
For all promotions (Bought on Rebaid and other marketplaces) you must withdraw the rebates earned from your account balance within 1 year of the funds being added to your account balance.
Can I return or cancel an order placed on Rebaid?

For Buy on Rebaid promotions you may be able to cancel your order if your order has not yet shipped. Please email [email protected] with your cancellation request asap and we will do our best to accommodate your request and cancel your order.
If your order has already been shipped and received, you may only return your order for a refund if the product is damaged, defective or the wrong product was shipped. If your order meets any of these conditions create a support ticket and we will provide return instructions.
