Is there a limit on the number of rebates I can redeem?

You may only redeem one unit of any given product advertised on Rebaid. There is however no limit on the number of different product offers you can redeem.

Is my rebate payment guaranteed?

Yes! You will receive your rebate by the “Expected By” date listed on dashboard. Please note though that your rebate will be voided if you cancel or return your order on Amazon.

Why is direct deposit not showing as a rebate option?

Rebaid is proud to offer fast and convenient direct deposit rebates! In order to ensure safety for both our brand partners and shoppers direct deposit may be temporaily disabled if multiple direct deposit payments are made in a short period of time. During this period you can continue to receive rebates via mailed check. You can typically expect the direct deposit option to be restored within 2-3 weeks.

Do I need to leave a product review?

No. Rebaid is NOT a review platform. You will receive your rebate whether or not you leave a product review or seller feedback.

I live outside the U.S. Am I still able to use Rebaid?

Unfortunately no. At this time Rebaid is only available to U.S. shoppers.

Can I resell products purchased through Rebaid?

No. Brand offer their products on Rebaid with the expectation that they will be purchased by real shoppers who will use their product and spread the word about their experience. Purchasing products through rebaid and reselling them is a violation of our terms of service.

How can I get help accessing my Rebaid account?

If you forgot your password simply click the “forgot pasword” link on the sign in page and follow the prompts to reset it. If your account has been restricted it may be due to unusual or suspicious activity on your account. Please contact us to restore access.
